Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 11, 2026

Welcome to OmariDean.com, the official website of Omari Dean, Professional Tattoo Artist.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, including tattoo-service information, appointment inquiries, photographs, artwork, merchandise, promotional materials, advocacy content, future projects, and other information made available through the site.

By accessing or using OmariDean.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Website Owner

OmariDean.com provides information concerning Omari Dean's professional tattoo services, artwork, appointment availability, merchandise, advocacy, professional history, media projects, and related business activities.

Website: OmariDean.com
Telephone: 1-586-222-7191

2. Tattoo Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request through OmariDean.com is a request for consideration and scheduling. It does not, by itself, create or confirm an appointment.

An appointment is confirmed only after Omari Dean or an authorized representative accepts the request and any applicable scheduling or deposit requirements have been satisfied.

Tattoo requests may be evaluated based on factors including design, size, placement, complexity, estimated tattoo time, existing tattoos, cover-up requirements, artist availability, location, client eligibility, health and safety considerations, and applicable legal requirements.

Omari Dean reserves the right to accept or decline any requested project.

3. Tattoo Pricing

Prices displayed on OmariDean.com reflect the pricing structure identified on the website at the time of viewing.

Final tattoo pricing may depend on the design, size, placement, complexity, preparation required, estimated tattoo time, number of sessions, and other characteristics of the requested work.

When a final price cannot reasonably be determined from the initial inquiry, additional pricing information will be provided before the client proceeds with the applicable service or payment.

A quoted price applies only to the work described in that quotation and may be revised if the client materially changes the design, size, placement, scope, or other specifications.

4. Deposits

Certain appointments may require a deposit.

Before payment is requested, the client will be informed of the deposit amount, whether it is refundable or nonrefundable, how it will be credited toward tattoo services, and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the deposit terms communicated for that appointment.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show requirements may vary depending on the nature and duration of the scheduled tattoo session.

Applicable requirements will be communicated when the appointment is confirmed.

Clients should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible when an appointment must be changed.

Repeated cancellations, failure to appear for confirmed appointments, or failure to comply with communicated scheduling requirements may affect future booking eligibility.

6. Client Eligibility & Identification

Tattoo services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, health requirements, and facility rules.

Clients may be required to present valid government-issued identification and complete required client records, health questionnaires, disclosures, and consent documentation before a tattoo procedure is performed.

In Michigan, tattoo procedures must occur at a body-art facility licensed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. MDHHS licenses the facility rather than the individual tattoo artist.

Services performed outside Michigan are subject to the legal and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which the tattoo is performed.

7. Minors

Tattoo services involving minors are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the procedure is performed, together with any more restrictive professional policy adopted by Omari Dean or the applicable body-art facility.

Michigan requires prior written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian before tattooing a minor, along with specified documentation and consent procedures.

Omari Dean may maintain an age policy more restrictive than the minimum permitted by law and reserves the right to decline any tattoo request involving a minor.

8. Health & Safety

Tattooing is a body-art procedure involving the skin and requires appropriate health and safety precautions.

Clients may be required to disclose relevant medical or health information before receiving tattoo services, including information concerning bleeding conditions, diabetes or circulatory issues, skin conditions, allergies, seizures, medications affecting blood clotting, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and other circumstances relevant to safe body-art procedures.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing required health and consent documentation.

An appointment may be postponed, modified, or declined when health, safety, legal, professional, or facility considerations make proceeding inappropriate.

9. Tattoo Consent & Aftercare

Before a tattoo is performed, clients may be required to execute a separate tattoo consent form and other procedure-specific documentation.

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following the procedure.

These website Terms and Conditions do not replace any consent form, health questionnaire, acknowledgment, release, aftercare instruction, or other documentation required in connection with an actual tattoo procedure.

10. Tattoo Results

Tattoo results vary from person to person and may be affected by skin characteristics, placement, scar tissue, existing tattoos, healing, aftercare, sun exposure, lifestyle, individual biological response, and the passage of time.

Photographs displayed on OmariDean.com demonstrate prior work and artistic experience.

They do not guarantee that another client will obtain an identical result.

11. Tattoo Designs & Reference Images

Clients may submit photographs, drawings, examples, written descriptions, or other reference materials to communicate a desired tattoo concept.

By submitting reference material, the client represents that the material is being provided lawfully for purposes of discussing or developing the requested tattoo.

Reference images are treated as creative direction rather than an automatic commitment to reproduce another artist's protected work exactly.

Omari Dean may modify, reinterpret, redraw, or further develop a concept based on professional judgment, artistic requirements, placement, tattooability, and intellectual-property considerations.

12. Portfolio Photography

Photographs of completed tattoo work may be requested for professional portfolio, website, social-media, advertising, educational, or promotional purposes.

Where separate permission is required or requested, appropriate photographic or media consent should be obtained before identifiable client imagery is publicly used.

Submitting an appointment inquiry does not, by itself, grant unrestricted permission to publish a client's personal photographs.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content appearing on OmariDean.com—including photographs, artwork, graphics, illustrations, logos, brand elements, written content, merchandise designs, collectible concepts, and other original creative materials—is owned by or used with authorization from Omari Dean or the applicable rights holder.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, commercially distributed, modified, or used to create derivative commercial products without appropriate authorization.

Personal, noncommercial viewing of the website is permitted.

14. Omari Dean Name & Branding

Names, artwork, graphics, product concepts, merchandise branding, and other creative identifiers associated with Omari Dean, Money Hungry, The Omari Dean Show, and related properties may constitute proprietary business or creative assets.

Their appearance on this website does not grant permission or a license for unauthorized commercial use.

15. Merchandise

OmariDean.com may advertise or display merchandise including apparel, insulated drinkware, artwork, collectibles, and other products.

Certain merchandise transactions may be completed through an independent storefront, print-on-demand provider, payment processor, or other third-party service rather than directly through OmariDean.com.

Purchases completed through an external provider may also be subject to that provider's checkout, payment, production, shipping, return, privacy, and other applicable policies.

Product-specific cancellation, replacement, return, refund, shipping, and customer-service requirements may vary according to the applicable fulfillment arrangement.

16. Product Images & Concepts

Certain images appearing on OmariDean.com may depict artistic renderings, prototypes, concepts, mockups, proposed merchandise, collectible designs, or products under development.

A product is available for purchase only when OmariDean.com or an authorized external storefront expressly identifies it as available for sale.

The appearance of a concept or promotional image does not represent that the depicted product has entered manufacturing or is currently available for purchase.

17. External Websites

OmariDean.com may contain links to merchandise storefronts, social-media platforms, payment services, or other third-party websites and services.

Third-party services operate according to their own terms, privacy practices, policies, availability, and technical systems.

Visitors who follow an external link are responsible for reviewing the policies applicable to that service.

18. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers advertised through OmariDean.com are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates, limitations, and availability.

Omari Dean currently promotes an Autism Awareness Month discount of 15% on qualifying tattoo services during April, subject to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts may not be combined.

Promotional terms and offers may be modified for future promotional periods.

19. Autism Advocacy Content

Information concerning autism awareness or advocacy appearing on OmariDean.com reflects Omari Dean's personal and professional advocacy interests.

This content is informational and promotional in nature and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, psychological counseling, or professional healthcare advice.

20. The Omari Dean Show & Future Projects

Information concerning The Omari Dean Show, future travel, interviews, tour activities, consulting projects, international programming, media production, or other projects may describe initiatives currently in development.

Future-project descriptions communicate plans and creative direction and do not constitute guarantees regarding release dates, destinations, participants, guests, production schedules, or future availability.

21. Website Accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information on OmariDean.com.

Prices, availability, services, travel schedules, merchandise, promotions, business information, photographs, and other website content may be updated periodically.

Information governing a confirmed transaction or appointment will be determined by the terms communicated in connection with that specific transaction or appointment.

22. Acceptable Use

OmariDean.com may be used only for lawful purposes.

Visitors may not knowingly:

  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Introduce malicious software or code
  • Submit fraudulent appointment requests
  • Impersonate another person
  • Harvest personal information
  • Exploit website content for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Engage in unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive conduct through website communication systems

23. Website Information Disclaimer

General information available through OmariDean.com is presented for informational, promotional, and business-communication purposes.

Website content concerning tattooing, healing, aftercare, psychology, advocacy, business, or related subjects should be understood within its appropriate professional context.

Individual medical concerns should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omari Dean and OmariDean.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from access to, inability to access, or use of the website or third-party services linked from the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from their unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent submissions, or material violation of these Terms.

26. Website Availability

OmariDean.com may be modified, suspended, updated, redesigned, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security requirements, technical changes, or other operational circumstances.

Website features may be added, changed, or removed as the business develops.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law controls a particular transaction or service.

Tattoo procedures performed outside Michigan remain subject to the laws and regulatory requirements applicable where the procedure occurs.

28. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically to reflect changes in business operations, pricing, services, merchandise, website functionality, service providers, applicable law, or other circumstances.

The effective date appearing at the beginning of this page identifies the current version.

Continued use of the website following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised website-use terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to tattoo-related payments made directly in connection with Omari Dean's professional services and to merchandise promoted through OmariDean.com.

1. Tattoo Services

Payments for tattoo services that have already been performed are generally final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Tattoo results naturally vary based on individual skin characteristics, placement, healing, aftercare, scar tissue, existing tattoos, biological response, and other procedural factors.

A difference in personal preference following completion of a tattoo does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any concern regarding completed tattoo work should be communicated promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.

2. Tattoo Deposits

Certain tattoo appointments may require a deposit before the appointment is confirmed.

Before payment is accepted, the client will be informed of the deposit amount and any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, credit, or refund conditions.

When a deposit is identified as nonrefundable before payment, it will remain nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law.

If Omari Dean cancels an appointment and the client chooses not to reschedule, any unused deposit paid directly for that appointment will be refunded.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to comply with scheduling requirements communicated at booking may result in forfeiture of a deposit or require a new deposit before another appointment is scheduled.

The terms applicable to a specific appointment will be communicated before the client submits a required deposit.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise promoted through OmariDean.com may include:

  • T-shirts
  • Hoodies and other apparel
  • Insulated cups and drinkware
  • Artwork
  • Collectibles
  • Bobbleheads
  • Money Hungry merchandise
  • Omari Dean branded merchandise
  • Other products introduced through the website

Certain products may be manufactured, processed, or fulfilled through Printify or another third-party print-on-demand or retail provider.

When a purchase is completed through an external storefront, that provider's applicable payment, production, shipping, return, exchange, and refund policies may also govern the transaction.

5. Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Many print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically after an order is submitted.

Because these products are individually produced, returns or exchanges may not be available when a customer selects the wrong size, color, quantity, or simply changes their mind.

Customers should carefully review all order information before completing a purchase, including:

  • Product description
  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Shipping information
  • Design or personalization selections
  • Delivery information

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs from the item ordered because of a production error, the issue should be reported promptly.

The applicable fulfillment provider may request photographs, order information, packaging details, or other documentation before approving a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Customers should retain the affected product, packaging, order confirmation, and photographs until the claim has been resolved.

7. Incorrect Selection or Change of Mind

Because print-on-demand merchandise may be produced specifically for each order, refunds or exchanges generally may not be available solely because a customer:

  • Selected the wrong size
  • Selected the wrong color
  • Ordered the wrong quantity
  • Entered incorrect information
  • Changed their mind
  • No longer wants the product

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting payment.

8. Purchases Through External Websites

OmariDean.com may direct customers to an independent merchandise storefront, marketplace, payment provider, or fulfillment service.

When a purchase is completed through another website, that platform processes the transaction and may establish additional or different return, exchange, shipping, cancellation, or refund requirements.

Customers should review the policies presented by the applicable storefront before completing a purchase.

Where an external marketplace provides mandatory buyer protections or return requirements, those rules will apply to the applicable transaction.

9. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the refund arises from a qualifying defective, damaged, incorrect, lost, or undelivered order, or where reimbursement is otherwise required by the applicable fulfillment provider or law.

Any return-shipping obligation will depend upon the policy governing the specific product and transaction.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method or payment system used for the transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, merchandise provider, fulfillment company, or external storefront.

11. Unauthorized Returns

Customers should not mail merchandise directly to Omari Dean or to an address located online without first receiving return instructions.

Certain print-on-demand claims may be resolved without physically returning the product.

Sending merchandise to an unauthorized address may delay or prevent proper resolution of the claim.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy eliminates or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers may have additional rights when merchandise is defective, materially misrepresented, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection law.

Where mandatory federal, state, local, marketplace, or payment-provider protections apply, those requirements will control.

13. Promotional & Discounted Purchases

Tattoo services or merchandise purchased using a promotional offer or discount remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy unless the promotion expressly establishes different terms.

Promotional discounts have no independent cash value and are not refundable separately from the underlying qualifying transaction.
